We stayed in a suite with a plunge pool. The room was large and spacious and had fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The pool was a nice touch to cool off after a hot afternoon hike to Lion Rock or Pidurangala. Food was excellent - particularly the included breakfast every day. The service was also great, and the staff arranged a scooter as well as an elephant safari for us. Overall, we had a great stay at Atha Resort. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Place, 10/10 for the most beautiful little accommodation I have stayed in Sri Lanka so far. Apart from the close location to the Lions Rock the Garden and Rooms give you a stunning Bali Vibe with a Pool within flowers and pretty Trees. On top to that the Staff just made our stay perfect, because they are super attentive, sweet and will arrange whatever wish you have. Thank you for the most amazing time there!

The property is a true paradise and guarantees every type of travel expectation: to visit historical sites and discover nature, to relax, to integrate into the local culture. The bungalow is perfectly comfortable, well furnished, clean and spacious, surrounded by a lovely green. The swimming pool gave us a new vision of the holiday, and was very useful for us at the end of the day to relax after a whole day of sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner are really delicious. The staff asked us what we preferred and everything we wanted to eat was prepared for us. The owners are very sociable, humane, they were constantly close to our needs and requests and they ensured that we were satisfied: we felt at home. Strongly recommended and, believe me, you will have an amazing stay!

Very friendly host, felt more than welcome! Great with kids. Own fruit garden and open for visitors. Ideal location between the two rocks. Great food - Sri Lankan but fitted to the children, every day other great dishes. Opens her kitchen for guests as well. Place to stay! We definitely go back!

The Nature Park Villa was a great place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was great. The pool was a welcome relief to the heat and the relaxing area around was so lovely. They were able to arrange transfers before and after getting there and any trips we wished to do. Highly recommend staying here.

The most welcoming and lovely family ever! From the moment I got there it was amazing, welcome drinks and snacks, was told if I need anything not to hesitate to ask, the room was large and clean, location was a 5 min walk to the town (many restaurants and shops within walking distance) the free breakfast was DELICIOUS and filled me up until the evening, this family were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay, I can not recommend staying here enough!

Nice house with garden full of flowers, perfect location - calm, but still close to downtown and to both rocks. The whole family Is so nice and helpful, that you feel like ať home. Great meal and tea, nice friendly talking, help and advices fór everything you need, that and much more Is Sigiri Lakshan Home, I can only recommend. For me very nice time.

There is a new manager who has recently started making improvements. However, it is already a very good place to stay. The rooms are extremely large, featuring balconies and spacious bathrooms. Everything is very clean. The pool is also very nice and is cleaned several times a day. The location is a great base for day trips. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Beautiful place to stay, just a bit off of the main road. So all the pleasures of being close by to everyone, yet nice and quiet. The owner and his crew form a wonderful team and will ensure you're experiencing everything that Sigiriya has to offer. From taking you on a beautiful safari to drop offs and pick ups anytime anywhere. Ooh yes, and not to forget, the pool! Many thanks for a lovely stay!

The perfect place to stay and explore Sigiraya and the surroundings! Room was clean and well appointed and the pool and restaurant area were lovely. The absolute best thing about this hotel were the staff - everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly and kind to us and our baby - especially the restaurant staff. A great place to stay.

This is the place to stay for Nature lovers... walking on the vast open grounds with beautiful trees and green surrounding, next to the lake with a variety of birds. But be careful of monkeys. Location is close to the ancient cultural sites. Minneriya is also not far for elephant safari. Ayurvedic massage was a great choice - reviving and relaxing.

Amazing accomodation and the swimmingpool is the best as it can get very hot in Sigiriya. Very good, local breakfast was served every morning. The location was perfect as well - it is possible to walk to the city centre during the day. I would definitely recommend!

The perfect place to stay for Pidurangala Rock as its only a 5 minute walk to the start of the path up to the top. Also very close if doing Sigiriya rock. The room was super clean with comfy bed and excellent AC. The included breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much of an ask for the host. Amazing hospitality!

The room is great, it has everything you need. But the important thing here is: i’ve travelled a lot and i’ve been in different places and stays. This one has been my best experience by far. Mahesh has treated me like one of its kind. He has show me around, met all his family, took me to different dinners with his friends… I’ve never felt and lived such a good and local experience. If you are coming to Sigiriya, this is best place to stay ever.

A wonderful place with a view of Sigiriya. wonderful hosts who spent a lot of attention to us and introduced Sinhala music for us. The rooms are clean, you will find everything you might need in them. Breakfast is very good, authentic, on a wonderful terrace. The best place to stay in Sri Lanka. Good luck to you!

Lovely property in a perfect location in Sigiriya (10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Lion Rock) and excellent value for money. Rooms were very spacious, with a place to sit in the shade outside each one overlooking the beautiful pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay here, what a lovely family. They made us a delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms were huge, really clean and had really big and comfortable beds. Location wise, it was a short walk to the town, about 10 minutes but there were some restaurants on the way to the main bit as well so about 4 mins walk.

The location was perfect, the twin room was very comfortable, and the breakfast (for small extra charge) was delicious. I definitely plan to stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a simple and inexpensive place to stay while visiting Sigiriya.
