The hosts were lovely 🙂. Very welcoming. The room, upstairs apartment is comfortable and nice. Everything is provided for. Cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery. The shops and supermarket are nearby. I experienced a home cooked mauritian dinner which was delicious. Rochester waterfall is nearby. The host kindly took me to see the warerfall on my first day. It was amazing to see. She also kindly took me to visit other nearby places.amd advised me on routes and attractions to see. I thanked her because she took the time out of her schedule. I know it's not always possible to have time when running a guest house. There are several nearby public beaches within walking distance that are uncrowded and peaceful. There are many other places to visit and unfortunately I did not book enough days. I will definitely come back next time.

Anusha and Krishan are the friendlies hosts you can imagine, they are very helpful and try to make your stay a home away from home. The breakfast ist plentiful and really tasty (one of the best breakfasts we ever had). They are Always their and happy to have a chat. If we come back to Surinam, we would for sure stay with them. The two Restaurants nearby are really good too.

The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with large bed, en-suite bathroom and a very fair price for solo travelers. Rooftop terrasse with an almost 360degrees view including ocean and mountains. Everything is very clean and you get every answer you need. Even a doctor coming home will be arranged for you if necessary, not to mention all the love to get well again as soon as possible. :) 5min walk to the big supermarket, 5-10min walk to Gris Gris beach. Beach room was spacious, clean, very well equipped and with such a breathtaking sea view!!! The whole resort area is like a paradise, full of palm trees, plants, some flowers, garden of wishes… I just couldn’t get enough! There are also pools, spa that offers even yoga and mediation as a part of your stay! I didn’t know that and it was the best surprise! Meditation sessions are quite short just 5-10minutes but still, it’s a great advantage. Spa area is beautiful, you can rest there, you can book sauna for free. I only had a breakfast package (breakfast was great) once I tried buffet dinner, the variety was really wide but it costed a lot.. I enjoyed more a dinner by the sea restaurant, that was really an experience! Location is also very good, it’s not far from the airport, you can easily do main attractions like Grand Bassin, Black river park, Chamarel, le Morne. But definitely I recommend a car or you can book some organised excursions. This part of island is more windy so it was not easy to swim but still enjoying on the beach and using free activities like glass bottom boat, snorkelling, kayaking was a great benefit! Staff is very polite, kind, I send my greetings especially to bartenders and a head of cleaning services.

The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. It has a large common terrace. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a device for hot and cold water. It has very good air conditioning. Near the accommodation there is a shop and a beach. There were no problems with parking. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. If we needed anything, he was responsive on whatsapp.

The best part of staying here is the free access to the neighbouring more luxurious resorts and C Club (beach/pool/bar/restaurant). The gardens are stunning and meticulously cared for. The rooms are spacious, full of nice touches like body cream and hair conditioner. Also nice designs. The staff pulled some fruit from a tree for us. Everyone incredibly friendly (Deborah host and Anisha Restaurant manager, plus all the cooks, housekeepers and gardeners). Baby cot was set up in our room upon arrival. Best service and staff on the island.
