5 mins drive to Chichen Itza. Perfect location if you want an early visit to the ruins to beat the heat and the crowds.
Good rooms with powerful AC and comfy beds.
Basic breakfast is provided early, which was a bonus.
Had a lovely dinner in a nearby restaurant.

Convenient location to Chichén Itzá and lots of restaurants around in the area within walking distance. Off road parking available and secure in the property. Air conditioning in the room. Lovely coffee and cake in the morning for breakfast. Good value for money given the location.

Lovely place with an excellent location close to the ruins. The staff could organise a taxi driver to get there early as well as to some cenotes in the area. I also met nice travellers and had fond memories of this place with its parrots on-site and little breakfast served. Really enjoyed it and would stay here again

Great central location and a fantastic host called Dalia who went well beyond the call of duty to help us arrange payment to a taxi driver unable to take our card.

The room was really lovely and the area of the place as well. There was a pool in the middle of the area, which we unfortunately didn't have time to try, but it is a great option to have, especially during the hot days. You can park inside the area as well, with a locked gate, so your car is safe overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful and there are some nice small places to eat around. Great place to stay if you come visit Chichen Itza, it's just 5 minutes away by car.

The location embedded in nature. The patio with rocking chairs and hammocks. The birdsong in the mornings. The marvellous pool. Excellent food.

The property was well maintained and very clean. Great location two minutes drive from the main gates of Chichen Itza. In the centre of a small town, with plenty of places to eat within a two minute walk. The staff were really helpful and the rooms are based around a small pool in a courtyard setting. Parking is very secure behind a large metal gate. Three very cute dogs live on site which makes it feel all the more homely! <3 Really great value for the amount paid. Don't judge on the very good price - Highly recommended.
