The hotel is amazing, it’s located inside a shopping mall with lots of offers for food and drinks. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. I also recommend their buffet breakfast, it was delicious althought a little bit pricey. Staff was super kind and friendly, great customer service. Hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, and when there’s no car available they will arrange a taxi for you for free.

The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

Everything was well organized with a professional, paid staff working 24/7. They cheerfully provided knowledgeable response when direction or information on activities was requested. Plentiful quite hot shower water. All staff were friendly, not just ones normally dealing with guests. Access was well controlled with good security. Location a block or two from the Zocolo was excellent. A convenient and secure storeroom allowed us to leave luggage while waiting for a flight and we could hang around common areas after checking our of our room.

The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. They were very well priced and the location was good given that we were working in the area but itr was also easy to get downtown in an Uber. They offer a free shuttle to anywhere within 5km as well which was great.

The location was pretty convenient, even though it is located next to the downtown area and is quiet and appropriate to rest. The room was quite comfy. The breakfast, even when I was not there at the breakfast time, the staff prepared for us a meal to take away.

The location is quite good - not very far away from the airport and close to the old city center. It takes 20 minutes to get to Zocalo. The room is big with a very comfortable bed and nice linen. The property is all in all clean and well maintained.

Really beautiful little place to stay right next to the airport. Great street food two blocks away and felt completely safe walking around. Ideal location since I was just passing through Mexico City for two nights. The hostess was so welcoming and accommodating of what I needed. Helps if you speak Spanish. Would recommend using Uber to get there from the airport, costs $4 and helps you get oriented to the area. After that I just walked. Will stay here again when passing through CDMX.
