We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect in every way. It’s a family-run business and the hosts were simply amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They helped us immediately with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Highly recommended—would come back in a heartbeat!

WoW WoW WoW! What an Amazing experience at the Sana Hotel, on the most amazing Beach in Tulum! 🤩 with Unbelievable Rooftop Pool! Heated pool! 😍 Very special Moroccan Design! Everything is completely new! And luxurious. The staff was making sure we having a great time for our entire stay. Very welcoming feeling from the moment we entered the Hotel. My sister and I stayed at Irie Tulum in May 2024 and we loved stayed there. The location is developing rapidly with new building being built. It is located between the beachfront and downtown which gave us the opportunity to explore both sides of Tulum. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very clean and the staff was absolutely so nice and helpful!

The location was very good in downtown Tulum just on the border of the Hotel Zone so you can access the more local eateries and bars. The room was spacious and clean with a decent bathroom. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.

We mostly enjoyed our stay in Kai Tulum. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Enough sunbeds existed in beautiful beach. It is a quiet location unless other hotel visitors makes noise. It is in a walking distance to Tulum ruins. It has enough parking lot to park your car. I strongly suggest you to rent a car if you are planning to visit cenotes, Chichen Itza and other ruins as well as restaurants in city centre. WiFi was fast enough even for video streaming during our stay in every spot of the hotel.

I only stayed one night, so cannot give an elaborate opinion, but I loved the amenities: rooftop swimming pool, restaurant and bar, very easy to rent bicycles at the lobby to go to Zona Hotelera. Good location as well, close to the city center and the beach where the partying happens, but far enough to not be right inside it. Lots of restaurants closeby.

Good location in downtown Tulum near street food, supermarkets, cafes etc. the pool was a nice addition to cool off at the end of a hot day! Staff are lovely, easy to rent a bike or moped from there if you wish. A cenote within walking distance down the highway. Felt very safe and secure overall great!
