We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house located in a beautiful and peaceful area, just about 40 minutes’ drive from Tromsø. The view from the house is simply breathtaking and makes the stay truly unforgettable. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with everything you might need, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and an additional lounge area perfect for relaxing. There is also a toilet with a sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer. The bedrooms are well arranged: one with a double bed, another with three single beds, and the third with four single beds. Each room had a full set of towels, warm blankets, comfortable pillows, and mattresses, which made our stay very cozy. The house is heated with electric heaters that can be adjusted easily, so the temperature was always comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here - it felt like a perfect combination of comfort and nature. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, making everything even better. Highly recommended!

House of Ellie was fantastic. It is located at the end of a fjord so the anpartment and bedroom window looks across the fjord. We were there for almost midnight sun and Ellie set up chairs for us outside when we arrived. Spectacular views. It’s also located next to our favourite Tromso cafe. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had a fridge. Ellie was so helpful and very responsive to messages. We liked it so much that we’ve booked again for our return to Tromso in a few weeks.

Lovely warm spacious apartment in a quiet location overlooking Tromso. Everything you could need provided. Our host was super nice but not intrusive. Saw Aurora right outside our door several times and there’s a great viewing spot just across the road. 15-20 minutes out of Tromso. We spent most days exploring the island which is stunning. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect, just a little 15-minute bus ride into Tromso. Not too far but just the right distance to enjoy some scenic views and the serenity of Norway. The apartment felt cosy and was well equipt to enjoy a night in. On a clear night you would have been able to see the Northern lights from the bedrooms. On our last morning we were visited by some seals who were popping there heads out of the still water as we watched from the decking. Easy check in and out with a lockbox. I would go back tomorrow.

Perfect view on the fjord and Tromso from the windows, from where we’ve had the luck to see northern lights on the first night we’ve spent there. Really good taste on decoration. Easy to find with the gps. Only 10min from the airport by car, and approximately same time from the city center of Tromso

Beautifully appointed newly renovated apartment, amazing view from the window- we were able to sit and watch the northern lights on our last night, was a great location for that. Really comfy beds! Clean & tidy. Was able to use the laundry downstairs at a small cost, so that was very convenient. Easy to communicate with.

Apartment is located close enough to Tromso city center but still far away from city lights. This gives you possibility to easily explore nearby Fjords and enjoy magnificent view that apartment offers. We stayed in the room named “Whale” which was spacious and clean. Big plus was also that bus stop to Tromso was only 3 minutes by walk from the property.

Very nice and well equipped house on a beautiful location. Very cozy, and even though we were with 9 people it was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and kind. The price was also very reasonable.
