Buffet breakfast was awesome - delicious food, something to everyone, real coffee, staff are lovely. Parking was excellent - easy to get in and out, 24/7, plenty of parks available. Location was perfect. We could see the Sky Tower from our room! Next to Sky Tower, central to everything in town, close to Civic and so many places to eat etc, and only a 15/20-min walk to Downtown ferry etc. Check in staff and breakfast staff are super friendly.

Amazing location. a 5 minute walk Westfield Newmarket and main street. A 15 minute drive to the Auckland Hospital. For location - there is no better place to stay. Also very safe a secure place to stay with amazing facilities.

Handy location, walking distance to downtown (Parnell, Newmarket and Auckland CBD). Staff members (receptionists, housekeeping ladies, restaurant waiters/waitresses and even mechanics are very helpful and friendly. This has been the hotel that we would definitely stay whenever we visit Auckland. Laundry facilities and carpark are also very convenient. Great budget prices for rooms and very spacious. It makes you feel like home.

Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown. We usually stay across the road at nesuto but didn't have a car so tried Imagine. Staff were super friendly, room was a good size with a really large shower in the bathroom.

Fantastic location to 'downtown' Auckland & the Viaduct. Cozy room with functional kitchenette great for making a quick coffee & breakfast. Great room for a short stay with nice view of Sky Tower. Only booked for 1 night but wanted to stay another night and they managed to fit us in (in another room - which was bigger and better!) Car parking under hotel is very handy.

Great central location in downtown Auckland with access to the SkyTower in one direction, Queen St and the Civic Theatre, many bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The Hotel itself was first class, easy check in, easy parking, restaurant and bar onsite. Rooms were modern and a good size, clean with all the little touches that made the stay wonderful.

Wonderful location in a very pleasant and peaceful suburb close to the city centre. Beautiful views of Auckland harbour from our 5th floor room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had a balcony room on the 5th floor which was roomy and comfortable with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Really appreciated having the restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner of we needed it. Very happy to stay at the hotel again sometime.
