Everything was perfect. Beautifully presented property with everything you might need. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely location near a walk round the waterside. A good restaurant nearby. Views of the hills in the distance. A welcoming host. Nice seating area outside.

Great location, not far from main route into town. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful, giving us directions to places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Room was huge and very comfortable. Chose room with spa bath that was lovely after a busy day. Wish we had been staying longer.

The location is spectacular, the accommodation offers a large, comfortable and well appointed lounge, kitchen and dining area. I loved the heated floors in both kit hen and bathroom.

Heat had been turned on, so it was pretty warm when we arrived. In addition to the room heater, there was a bathroom heater and a heated towel rack, so we were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Plenty of parking, not too tight. Great location.

We loved everything about Marsden Lake Resort. Such a beautiful place to stay. Staff were so helpful there was an issue in our original room and moved us to another room immediately. Beds were very comfy. Beautiful outlook on the lake. I highly recommend staying here.
