The room is clean and tidy ~ you can see Mt. Cook from here. What makes it exceptional is our hosts Trish and Colin, oh, and Teddy the dog. When we arrived around 7 p.m. Trish was there to greet us and showed us the room. The next morning, breakfast was truly amazing with fresh eggs and veggies, milk, cheese, and home-grown fruits. Teddy even showed us his tricks after breakfast! Chatting with Trish and Colin shows how hard it was during the past few years due to the pandemic and how much they love this type of countryside lifestyle. The hut had a nice homey feel, the electric fireplace did an excellent job at keeping us warm! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We liked the book about the owners family- nice touch.

This bungalow is fabulous and huge. The garden is also huge and gives you excellent views as well as the glacier view which can be seen from the bungalow. A few bars/restaurants nearby and one excellent restaurant close. Well equipped. Wished we had stayed longer.

The location is good, easy to walk to the supermarket and eat in the town; Very quiet, with wide and beautiful gardens; The house is clean and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains and sunrise from the doors and Windows. We chatted and drank tea inside; There were 5 rooms, 4 of which had toilets, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but we didn't use the meals we ate outside. The price is not expensive, it can be a comfortable vacation for 10 people, and should stay more than a few days.

Everything was beyond our expectations! It was beyond a motel. The room was big and clean. They provided everything we need for the stay. The heater worked very well both in the living room and bathroom. Also nice amenities with good quality shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. They even have slippers for us. The kitchen was full with needed equipment and even Nespesso Machine. The room we stayed had spectacular mountain view with green grass and table just in front. The staffs were friendly and willing to give us recommendations. Plus, we could just walk from the motel to a nice restaurant next door.
