Owner is very nice person always helpfull. Room is New and comfortable . He has also restaurant with good food. Also he arrange taxi to the AirPort. Se left room early morning so he made our breakfast to go. It was very delicuous . Highly recommend this accommodation

We were satisfied with everything. We had there the Christmas evening and our honeymoon. The stuff was more than kindly and nice! They made our holiday more nice. The hotel is located in the area, where live the locals, so was interesting see the typical life. The area was safe, and people were happy and smiled at us. The beach, where the hotel is located, is calm, so perfect for chill or try some watersports, but is not for swimming. If you want to have a tourist area like DMall or the nice White sand beach, you can grab a tuk-tuk or walk. The massage, food in restaurants, or transfers was little bit more expensive, like if you eat, for example, in the DMall, or in the city... but I think this is normal in every hotel. The breakfast was tasty and every day was there a small changes. Like , small ants in the room are not a mistake from the hotel. We left a small food and they were there so fast :) We had a nice room and we're cleaned when we arrived. After we needed ask for a cleaning, but everytime they did it very good.

Everything: the excellent service, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast, great location, room has everything you need (I had a deluxe room with balcony including toilet with warm shower, AC, safe, tv set, big bed, fridge, kettle) Peter helps organizing transfers, gives advise on attractions. You can use a superb roof top pool from the neighbour hotel free of charge. This is a special place and I recommend it to anybody going to Boracay on budget.

Just heaven. One of the best places in the world. I will start with a team. Courteous, professional, caring. Feel that the management devotes a great deal in training and learning, which brings a team at the highest level. The dining room is excellent. A huge selection of foods, fresh, tasty and eye-catching. Great pool with amazing pool staff. A beautiful and fine beach. I would like to mention Matteo the Food and Beverage Manager who received us warmly and did a lot for us. And also thanks to Paul from the hotel's IT team who helped me connect communication to my office.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.
