The resort itself is beautiful. It is surrounded by wildlife and jungle. Our room was really big, bed was comfortable, food in the resort was really tasty. The pool was lovely and big! We spent 2 nights here and I would of stayed another couple of nights but we had to move on to the next place. The staff were so friendly and they even memorised our names which made us feel even more welcome. I will be recommending this resort to anyone who visits Bohol!

The breakfast is very good! The family is very accommodating. They helped us a lot in finding our ways to different places. From the airport all the way to the known places of Bohol we were so amazed by the hospitality of the driver and the host. It was really a great vacation for my family! I had an amazing 3d2n stay here in Fox & The Firefly Cottages. The staff from the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, guards (just about everyone) were really nice, helpful, and courteous. I also had a seamless trip to and from Loboc thanks to the transfer service they offered. If you want to get in touch with nature, you must not miss out on this place. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing, my cottage was clean, basic amenities were provided and even went out of their way to even provide sarongs in case you need it when you go have a swim in the Loboc river. Insect repellant were also provided (very essential for someone like me who gets bitten quite often by mosquitoes.) It's something I really appreciate. I also enjoyed the Fireflies SUP on my first night and my morning SUP activity on my last day. Hanging out on the riverdeck was also relaxing. I also had a nice sleep during my stay. Pillows were so soft. I was worried that it might be too hot in the room because it's summer and the cottage didn't have an aircon, but surprisingly it was still cool enough for me to sleep soundly. Special thanks to all the trees surrounding the area. The outdoor bath was also something new for me. Over-all had a wonderful stay. Will definitely go back if I have a chance. Thank you!

This, by far, was my favourite place to stay during our two week holiday. I loved the bamboo accommodation and being so close to the river. We went on a wonderful boat ride at night. It was so dark, but the sky was lit with a million stars. Along the river bank, only the outlines of different trees and shrubs could be seen, while fireflies danced on a few of the treetops. An enchanted place♥️

The location was excellent. The staff were very kind and you could organise the usual tours very easily. Also they rent mopeds for good prices which is nice. Room size was also great. Lots of space.

The location is amazing! You have to take a lot of stairs to get there, but the view makes it absolutely worth it!!! The huts are basic but comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

The welcoming was really warm and everyone is so nice! The hotel is beautiful and the room was as expected I recommand this hotel if you want to visit Bohol' contryside, location is nice ! You can rent a scooter directly in the hotel at a cheap price, really convenient

This may have been the nicest place we stayed in in the Philippines, the bathroom was a relaxing escape in nature, the balcony was lovely and the room was nice and comfortable. Idyllic and quiet location set right on the river. The staff were so nice and attentive, they helped with anything and recommended places for us to visit on the island, which proved to be the best experiences we had on our trip. Worth noting this property is near to the Lila whale sharks, and a 40 minutes scooter to the chocolate hills.

We really can’t rate this hotel enough. We decided to upgrade our room and the hotel could have been more accommodating. Lovely pool, lovely staff. We accidentally left my father in laws walking stick in the taxi and they arranged for it to be driven to our next location. Really accommodating

It is a real remote location where you feel the nature. In the early morning you can hear a bird's orchestra. It is perfectly idyllic situated. Kirchen is fantastic and served like in a ***** Hotel. Great staff.

Great location next to the river. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and a good size. The restaurant was great, lots of food choices including many vegan options and a good price too. Breakfast was excellent for choice. The rooms were surrounded in nature which we loved. We enjoyed the firefly tour and also paddle boarding down the river.

What a beautiful place! It is such a nice, quiet garden at the river bank. It was the perfect place to relax after coming from the busy El Nido. Location is perfect to see all that which the island has to offer. The staff is amazing! Super friendly and you can book different activities directly at the hotel. The food is great too!!!
