This was my first solo trip after the passing of my husband over a year ago. I was a bit apprehensive, but I had an amazing time because of the kindness of the staff and the secure and comforting facilities. I loved the jazz music in the restaurant, the kind consideration of everyone, and most importantly, the small things. Everyone seemed to remember your name, despite the large facility. I'm so incredibly grateful for the experience, and I look forward to returning 🙏

the place has a very nice atmosphere, they are currently working on the house a little bit and it was really nice seeing the improvement in the time I was there. Very kind and helpful owners. They used to have a little Pizza place on the coast but sadly it got destroyed by a typhoon so don’t be confused about the pictures at the beach… and hopefully the address is shown right now on Google maps ☺️ overall it is a very nice place for a stop over.

the hotel itself and the location were beautiful, the tours were so easy to arrange and do, but mostly the staff as they just couldn’t do enough to help, always looking to make things easier or better, and so friendly and warm

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi worked great, water pressure good, clean and quiet. I really loved the well maintained garden with tropical plants. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was included which was nice! Thanks for our stay! Till next time!

Highly recommended! I am a solo traveler who spend 4 nights at Bambua, In my oppinion its a very very great spot to stay. Its a pritty big propperty close to the mountains and rainforrest, easy walk to the beach, great food in the morning with complementairy coffee and super food in the evening, very helpfull and kind people, for whatever question you have or arrange transport and other things its a 10+ Ive slept like a baby in one of their cheapest rooms with fan. If I ever return to Sabang, this will be my place to stay for sure. Thank you Bambua! See you next time

Super friendly staff, manager in particular was so helpful!! From the time of booking until after I left. Food was really good. I hired a scooter from them, they listened to what I wanted to do and made really good suggestions and organised an awesome guide rather than having to do the ‘normal’ touristy things in Sabang. Swimming pool and views are amazing. The rooms are small, but they are comfy, clean and private. They have lovely views. Really good value accommodation.
