Very nice hotel. Good location. We were very well received. Very friendly and attentive owner. The communal areas (kitchen, lounge) are well kept and well equipped. The private double room is very nice and cosy. It was great to have a heating system as the air was quite damp. We stayed there in winter and we were mostly the only guests. Don't hesitate to come and visit Alexandra :)

The lady at the reception is kind and pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable, the place is lovely and quiet. We were with another couple and it was very pleasant to sit in the apartment and next to the apartment for a glass of wine and a light meal with Mount Piko standing in the background. The apartment is well equipped.

In twenty plus years with booking.com this was the best apartment we have stayed in. All of the minor annoyances we usually encounter were not there. The ensuite had a fair sized cubicle with a good shower and a basket for toiletries, there was a lot of storage space, flat surfaces near the hand basin for your toiletries, hooks on the wall and even a proper plug which worked. The sofa provided comfortable seating for both of us as did the table and four chairs. There was a wardrobe with sufficient shelves and hanging space for two people with proper wooden coat hangers not the usual pin and socket type loved by hotels. The kitchenette is extremely well equipped with oven, induction hob, full size fridge and microwave so as to enable full self catering. There are even four bins - three dedicated to recycling. The apartment is well soundproofed both internally and externally (with the windows closed obviously). Wifi reception is excellent. This is also access to a laundry containing both washing machine and a dryer as well as the usual drying racks. Finally due to self check in we did not meet the owner but he was in constant communication with us and quickly responded to any message.

This family run place was a dream - we were 6 friends staying in a 3 bedroom studio apartment. It was large, comfortable, clean and the beds were super comfy. We were annoying guests who arrived a bit earlier than expected while the apartment was still being cleaned but they were so accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay in your great place

The location is perfect for exploring the whole island. The owner goes a long way to make the house comfortable: there are heaters and a dryer to go with the washing machine. She was quick to respond to our queries and needs. The dampness mentioned in other reports can be avoided by venting for a few minutes twice a day.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa 4 seasons! The location was good and the view from the glass doors was fantastic! The property is spacious and even has out door space. Parking just outside the door is also a good feature.

The house is beautiful and so is the garden. We appreciated the nice little touches and wonderful surprise when we arrived. The house was practical and extremely good value. We liked the location being close to one of the piscinas naturais and we were able to swim daily and also walk to the town. It was possible to get to the other main town in the bus. Overall, highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and take advantage of nature away from the more touristy parts of the island (Magdalena).

Amazing location and very convenient stay. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it to hikers. There are two cats which visit the apartment and the owner cares to provide food for them. Very, very nice of her!

Very good hostel for visiting Ponta Delgada downtown and stay in a friendly environment. The cheapest solution and staff available to support your requests, breakfast is a basic one but it's enough in my opinion

Location was a bit far away from the centre (and could be a bit of an issue if you do not have a car) however this apartment is very well equipped with everything - gadgets for the kitchen, dishwasher etc. Space was also quite large and the bathroom was good.
