The property is only a short 2 minute walk to the centre of Bovec. It’s totally new and very spacious and well appointed kitchen stove, cooktop , dishwasher and fridge facilities. Amazing view from the balcony to sit and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice big shower and bathroom. We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The washing machine was great and handy for anyone like us on a longer holiday.

The host was so welcoming and friendly, and we really felt at home. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and had just about everything we needed. The town where the apartment is located is so quaint, and it was so peaceful being there. Everything was very comfortable.

I'm from Romania, and between July 22-26 was my first vacation in Slovenia and the Julian Alps. I chose the location as it is close to Bovec (locality from where I can easily reach many of Slovenia's attractions). I really liked the tranquility of Relax House, the kindness of the host and the beautiful place (near the Soca river) where the location is located. Next year (in 2025) I will return to the area and I have already made a reservation at Relax House Soca. I recommend with love! Iulia Andreea

We stayed in this place for 1 night. It is located ideally for Alpe Adria Trail hikers. The hosts Lidija & Vinko were super nice and friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect - including a welcome Schnaps and juice and self-made breakfast the next morning. The hut felt cozy and it was a nice experience to sleep in this more basic surrounding. 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms were available, all very clean and with all Equipment we needed. We were able to use the washing machine for free.

Right in Kobarid center, easy parking in front of the building, spotless clean and very confortable facilities. Yes, the bathroom is outside the room but on the same floor and still a private bathroom with all the privacy we expected. Overall, great value for a stay in Soca Valley area. Would definitely stay again.
