This is a good place to stay a night or two in chiangkong ,the view is nice,the owner is very kind and honest,the rooms are big,clean with a nice private balcony on the riverside.
They even offer us toasted bread and coffe without breakfast included.
they can arrange all trip to luangprabang with a reasonable price.I strongly suggest this place if you are not travelling 5stars hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely, peaceful location overlooking the Mekong. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing!

Good location in centre of town, 7 eleven and nice restaurants down by the river all in easy walking distance. Cheap and clean with fridge in the room, pool area was nice also. Perfect for a quick stay before crossing the border in the morning

room was big. walked down into the bathroom which was huge like walking into tutunkahmouns tomb. pool was lovely. good place to stay whilst looking to cross the border.

Incredibly friendly couple who run it and were so helpful. Although breakfast is not officially included, there was coffee and tea, toast and jam available in the morning. Nice views over the river. Walking distance to restaurants. Was a good place to stay for one night.

Perfect location for our slow boat trip to Laos I’m the following day. The real charm to the place was credit to Yao - the lady who looked after us. We left very early in the morning and she was happy to accommodate a delicous morning spread for us before we left.

Convenient enough location (we didn’t do much in town to be honest, it was just a stop-over coming from Laos & heading to Chiang Rai). The value for money was pretty good, the room is lovely and bed very comfortable.

Fantastic location above the River Mekong with sweeping views from all rooms. Kai and Yao are really friendly and helpful (both speak fluent English). Very good value.

Ideal place to stay for crossing the border to/from Laos. Staff will help book your boat ticket and arrange transfer to the border.
It's a beautiful building with a nice terrace and the town itself is nice for an overnight stop. For such a small town it has some surprisingly nice temples and good places to eat - highly recommend Cafe De Lao and the Pad Thai restaurant just a few doors down. Both easily as good as restaurants in Chiang Rai.

Breakfast was fine. Location was spectacular. Resort was well kept. Grounds were beautiful. It was on a large piece of property. The hotel entry and adjoining restaurant was roomy and well decorated.
