EVERYTHING. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, good quality bed linen and comfortable huge bed. Outdoor space to sit and relax looking onto the garden..and a peek of sea view. Owners are just wonderful,nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was an option of western cooked items , fresh fruits cool drinks and hot drinks. Perfect. Incredible value for money. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked up. The location we loved, peaceful haven a short walk to the beaches, and walking street, but enough away from the noise and bustle.

The hotel and its surroundings were truly incredible! We were lucky enough to be some of the first guests after the hotel opened and wow- it certainly exceeded all expectations. From meeting us in the port when we arrived, the service, staff, food, drinks, location to the incredibly luxurious and beautiful finishes employed throughout the property we were blown away. It felt so private and exclusive whilst also being incredibly friendly and relaxed. Located perfectly to enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the virtually private empty beach attached to the hotel. The Villas themselves were stunning with gorgeous bathrooms beds and incredible wooden furniture. The staff were incredibly accommodating and organised for massages and room service (the food was excellent ranging from lots of Thai food and European cuisine). If you do decide to leave the room (we barely wanted to as we were in heaven!) its only a short 5-10 min walk to the nearest and popular bar Maya (which stays open later than the bars in town) with great DJs. Note that when we attended in January 2025 they were still adding small finishing touches to the landscaping so I think this is why there arent lots of photos of the property yet-(planting trees/flowers around the driveway) but this did not disrupt our stay at all in any way.

This is a beautiful self catering house right on sunrise beach. Our favourite beach on Koh Lipe. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils and everything you need is there if you want to prepare simple meals. It is spacious and nicely decorated. We were 4 adults and 2 teenage kids and there was more than enough space for us. The host was very helpful and arranged a taxi boat for our pick up and drop off. We will definitely be back

I stayed in a beach front villa and it was exactly as advertised! Great location for beach and snorkelling right in front of the resort! A few minutes walk to the pier for speed boat and walking street for food and supermarkets. Fridge and aircon in room and water provided daily. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

Great bed and common space, plus location is good too. There are plenty of bathrooms: inside the room and also shared. However, I was in the low season so I got a cheaper price - I don’t believe is worth it for the high season price though, a bungalow would be more private I believe.

Brilliant location. Although it is a central location it is very quiet. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were given. Brilliant AC. Any problems were dealt with right away. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff were very friendly the hostel had a great location and the facilities were cleaned daily and kept very clean! The hostel isn’t social so not ideal for solo travelers but great for pairs or couples looking for a clean affordable place to stay right by the walking st ! We enjoyed the owners of the hostel they were very kind and helpful! Also recommended the snorkeling tour they sell it’s amazing!

Best location and view on the island. Your own little beach with the best sand. Great staff and good variety of Thai and western food at On the Rocks restaurant. Villa offered awesome views of the sea and lounge areas for lazing around.

The location - here on sunset beach lovely. Bungalow very comfortable with kettle, fridge and spacious bathroom. Free drinking water stations and beach towels available. Fridge in room was a real bonus. Enjoyed taking breakfast on our verandah. Went on a great snorkelling trip which we booked through Bayview. a lovely, peaceful place to stay.

beautiful view. very light and spacious, very very comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels and a rainfall shower. also very clean. the hotel offers a free shuttle to walking street (downtown) the location is perfect. the staff are wonderful and I wish we’d booked a longer stay than 3 nights. And of course, the beach is spectacular.
