good location, neighbor to the morning market, 3minutes walk to 2 good-tasting chinese restaurants（其中一家是云南面饺馆）, 4minutes walk to 7-11. The founder is from the retrieved KMT army, a guesshouse with history.

Nice comfy mattress and shower with great water pressure (both the best we have encountered between Bangkok and Mae Salong). We enjoyed our stay and regret we could not extend as our preferred room type was fully booked. Good location and friendly owner.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. So peaceful, geat location being a short drive from town. The entire complex is beautifully designed particularly the double height villas. The chinese breakfast is brought to you in a decorative birdcage which is a lovely touch. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend

Very good location. There is a morning market just right at the entrance to hotel.
Place was clean and comfortable.
It was definitely value for money.
Staff tending to the receptuon was always friendly and helpful.
