Such a lovely little family owned homestay. Coffee and toast when I arrived. Bed all ready and very friendly. Great location. It's near a river walk and near the night Market . I had a lovely time here. A flying visit but definitely would recommend. The girls were cleaning when I arrived so I can't fault the unclean bathroom as they weren't finished!! Lovely when they finished . One of their friends dropped me to bus station the next morning.... ! Very sweet.

Beds were comfy! They offer bread, jam, butter, and coffee, which is nice in the morning. Towels were provided, and the room had AC. As it’s the winter, we didn’t really need it but it was a nice option, I imagine especially so in summer.
The town’s pretty small so the location is as good as it probably would be anywhere. There’s also some good Pad Thai across and down the road a little bit!
Overall I would stay here again!

A lovely location with large grounds to stroll around in. There were both front and back balconies to the room. Although there was no food served in the restaurant, we found another restaurant nearby, within walking distance.

Beautiful old wooden building, the photos don't do it justice.
Great location, amazing views, good breakfast (free flowing espresso, help yourself to toast, perfectly runny fried eggs as requested), aircon, good shower with toiletries. Best place in town without a doubt and one of the most unique places I've stayed at

Great location, right in the middle of town, so easy access to food and shops. Service station 1 minute drive away and 7 Eleven was 5 mins walk.
Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Aircon and fan worked well. Wifi was strong.
