I love everything about this hotel, from the location, till the incredible food, from the friendly workers , till the spa zone.There are many cool and interesting facilities, like a basketball , volleyball, tennis, big chess, especially animation was on the high level, everything was on the high level , also there was a very good animation for children every evening, near this a hotel, a big shop Migros, and a small outlet shopping mall

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Seda holiday apartments. Very clean and great location for exploring Avsallar and beyond. Pool area was very clean and the grounds are very well kept. Çağdaş, the manager at the complex could not have been friendlier and went out of his way to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to stay here again.

With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it felt like a home away from home. The terrace with sunbeds on the top floor is a good spot if you lazy enough to go to the beach. Our vacation was fantastic. The hotel staff are always ready to help and accommodate your needs. The hotel is compact but very cozy, with everything conveniently located. The main highlight is the private beach just 10 meters from the hotel and the incredible sea view from the window. There are always enough sun loungers for everyone (for those who mentioned a shortage) – simply banning guests from reserving loungers and leaving the beach for half the day would solve this. Moreover, the staff is always ready to bring an additional lounger if you can't find a spot, just ask. The hotel provides beach towels, and you can get fresh, clean towels every day. This is very convenient. The hotel is new and tastefully decorated. The music and entertainment are pleasant, unobtrusive, and just right. We enjoy a quiet holiday, and it was perfect for us. For those who enjoy entertainment, the hotel offers foam parties, aqua aerobics, and other activities during the day and evening, including discos for kids in the evenings. The food is delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. There is always fish and meat, plenty of salads, appetizers, and vegetables. Fresh pide is baked every lunch and dinner. The desserts are a work of art, with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel has four bars, so you can always enjoy your favorite drink in a convenient location – on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, or in the lobby. For those who don’t want to leave the pool or beach for lunch, there’s a snack bar offering snacks, vegetables, and fruits (fries, burgers, snacks, salads, etc.). The restaurant staff work diligently, clearing dirty dishes from your table and offering you drinks (you can get them yourself, or a waiter will bring them). The restaurant is spacious and beautiful.
