After a first (lesser) impression upon arrival, you are surprised when you enter the room. Convenient with access code on the door. Everything is there, clean towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, plates/cutlery for when you want to eat something, coffee machine. Lovely terrace behind the room with 2 nice chairs.

It’s a great location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a nice rooftop and is a stone’s throw away from the beach. We stayed for one night only. It wasn’t a long walk to downtown, which has lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the seaside funfair and longest pier ever!

Like that the room was super clean and modern. The staff is great: very nice and polite. Super easy check-in and check-out Dealing with the lovely gent at the front desk or the attendant via video at the kiosk makes for a nice experience. The location is very good. The owner TJ is awesome! Our tv wasn’t working as there was some sort of update that occurred so he came up to our room and personally fixed it. He was very accommodating and the place was very chill and cute. It was very quiet, friendly staff, and a good location to downtown shops and food. I liked how it had a mini fridge but also a small microwave! Both were very helpful to have. I would definitely stay here again! I liked the parking lot as well.

Host TJ was great, super friendly and helpful. Hotel location was good, an easy walk from both the boardwalk and pier and downtown area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Santa Cruz is a cool town and made a perfect stop off on our California road trip!
