We recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Zia Gianna and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly hosts Nino and Hans, who made us feel right at home. Not to mention, Bruno the dog was an absolute delight and the star of the show :-) The B&B itself was gorgeous and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. Nino is a fantastic cook, and we looked forward to waking up each day to a new culinary delight. Overall, I would highly recommend B&B Zia Gianna to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Savannah. The hosts were amazing. Thank you, Nino, Hans and Bruno, for a wonderful stay!

This hotel our rather B&B/Inn was one of the highlights of our trip. A nice old typical house for Savannah with a big room, very nicely decorated. There's even a lift for the luggage, which is rare in such houses, we appreciated that. The Inn has (limited) parking, but we always got a parking space. The breakfast is of course awesome and there's also a wine hour in the afternoon, where you can chat with other guests. The location is great too - it's a bit more than half a mile to the waterfront, there are many restaurants however near the Inn. Savannah is highly walkable and the Inn is pretty much located in the middle of it.

This is really a unique hotel, and my wife and I agreed that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything, from being received in front of the hotel by the vales, the check in (With a glass of sparkling wine), the rooms, the concierge service, the decorations, the pool etc. We do not have a single thing to put our finger on. Amazing.

We had a wonderful experience! The hosts were delightful, the food was amazing, and having freshly baked goods available for guests was an awesome touch. Special atmosphere in the hotel. Stuff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Afternoon time on the Terrasse with the view on Forsyth park and fountain is simply gorgeous. We travel around the world a lot and stay in different hotels but this one is truly one of our favorites and absolutely recommended.
