Good location, close to South Rim entrance. The staff were very helpful and gave us all info needed to access the park(you can purchase park access ticket from reception). Very friendly staff at restaurant.

Nice hotel and good location for visiting Grand Canyon as the hotel is located in the city just outside the park. The pool was fine and nice with coffee and small refrigerator in the room. Easy to buy tickets in advance for the park entrance at the kiosk stand in front of the hotel.

Great location. Extremely helpful reception staff who went above and beyond to resolve a problem with housekeeping/room cleaning. Good priced shop in the lobby compared to other tourist shops.

Great location Facilities are very clean Nice swimming pool and sport facilities Possibilities to play games in pool area (chess, bean bags) At night the hotel organises smores which was really a great experience with the kids. There is a game room and a bowling for the kids. Staff was very friendly. We had a little issue with the towels in our room. They immediately fixed it and gave us a discount

Great location to GC Natl Park! Our room was in the newer section of the hotel, and it was clean and modern. There was an indoor and an outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. There was also a restaurant on location as well as a bar, which was very convenient. The bowling lanes were also a lot of fun - but not free! And we appreciated the laundry facilities.

Location close to GCNP... Easy back and forth in and out the park for subset, sunrise, etc Gentle and flexible staff at reception. Nice rooms. Easy check-in and -out.

Perfect location - in the village close to Grand Canyon entrance. Walking distance to various restaurants. Check-out prolonged to 12:00 without any problem. The room was spacious and clean but requires some refreshment. Nice swimming-pool opened until late.
