Very easy to check in/out, host replied promptly and was very approachable and offered clear instructions. Dark blinds, hot shower and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! Great for a stay with 2 kids, I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Alejandro!

The apartment is in a still and safe neighborhood, not near the city centre, It more near the airport. The apartment it self is on the first floor of a complex and safe. There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.

I am really happy that I stayed here, so much that I extended my stay here. The location is a little further from the city centre but it was OK as the bus only cost about 1 USD per journey. The area is really safe and secure, I felt safe at night whilst returning to the B&B. The area has lots of parks and nice places to go to. The property is like a small museum! It was so lovely. It was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

I stayed just for a night because I arrived very late at coach station and had to leave early to take a flight, then location was great for me, but not if you want to visit the city centre. Beds are really comfy. View from the room was amazing. In general room was fantastic.

A lovely stay in an old and very atmospheric Montevideo house. the location was quiet and convenient, very easy to drive into the centre of Montevideo. the family running it were so kind and friendly that it felt as if we were staying with friends!

Good location with nice neighbourhood and lots of restaurants around when you do not need to stay downtown. Competent & efficient reception personnel, good in-house restaurant. We booked well in advance and got a spacious corner room at a very decent price.

I loved the location its few minutes walk to the shopping center that has a supermarket called TaTa that sells everything. the bus terminal is there also. the rooms in the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed staying there its a very good place to stay and great price. I would stay there again

Everything that we wanted from a city centre hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good, and was within a short walk of the main sights. The room was typical for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable option for our two night stay.

I really enjoyed the location (Punta Carretas), it's not close to the old downtown but it's a really good neighbourhood and the Hotel Staff are really good and they offer some good meals with discount there. I enjoyed my stay there and I recommend it.

Best location in Montevideo. Right opposite a street with bars, one block either way to the two main squares of the old town. Very safe at night - and the hostel is located in a beautiful historic building, formerly the early 20th century luxury "Hotel Artigas". 24 hour reception , kitchen, common room as well as a quiet room upstairs for laptop working
