Incredibly spacious rooms that are clean and equipped with everything you need including a kettle, hairdryer and table/chairs. Beds were comfortable. Staff were laid back and helpful whenever we needed something. Good location, close to many things in town with a great mini market next door. Great value for money.

The Hotel is just simply amazing, super clean and tidy the staff are really helpful and looking forward to provide you with a high level of service.
The location is good, the palace is walking distance from the hotel and the same applies to the Juma Mosque.
The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options to choose from.

Hotel in the city center, stuff was very helpful, next to the hotel grocery shop. Rooms are spacious and very clean. In the room kettle available.

Kokand seemed short of decent options so this place was fine for a couple of nights. Location was ok, about 2km from the railway station.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were glad to have picked it as our accommodation in Kokand. For one thing, it was excellent value, and the service at reception was very good. Staff were English-speaking, helpful and polite. The rooms seem to have been refurbished very recently, so everything was clean and modern. The photos currently on this site don't do the rooms justice. Wifi was good, as was the location - just a 15-minute walk from the palace.

Great room, spacious and comfy. Good common area and responsive hosts. Location is ideal for exploring Kokand on foot. Supermarket right under it with all you might need.
