Absolutely the best budged hotel I stayed in Vietnam on 9 different trips. The rooms are super new, nice furniture with good bed and amazing light. The bathroom was also perfect and the shower had real hot water. The hotel is right next to the market and the night market with delucious food. Most important, the owner and his family are so super nice. He gave me a lot of tips beforehand and also took care of my questions. He also organized a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was 50k each way instead of 250k by taxi. I will come back to Con Dao in a few years and will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Originally, we booked three days, but we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay to almost two weeks. The staff truly does everything to make you feel comfortable, and their kindness made a huge difference. They recently have new management, and you can really feel the positive changes — everything was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. Highly recommended!

The place might be basic. But the one thing that stands out in this place is the willingness of the owner to help and make sure your stay is great. He does not speak English much, but it's Con Dao where English is almost non-existent. However, when you text him through WhatsApp he is actually very responsive and quite chatty in English. I am impressed with his assistance, he is someone who goes above and beyond, and more.... I had a very unfortunate issue when I was there and, beyond my expectation, he helped me resolve it. It's unfortunate that apparently when I was there I heard Con Dao received way less tourists and a lot of local businesses were struggling. I do hope for the best for him and this place. This place has a lot of potential despite its current state, it's still basic. But considering everything, the owner's hospitality, relatively clean place and comfortable bed, value for money, it's worth it.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Con Dao. What made it most special were the owners: Trinh and her husband. They were so helpful, accommodating and easy to talk to. They had excellent tips for what to do on the island: restaurants and activities (that suited the weather). We ate breakfast at the hotel every day, which was delicious. The rooms, bathrooms and the outside spaces of the hotel were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms nicely furnished. We would definitely go again.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right on the absolutely beautiful beach. Walking distance to plenty shops, restaurants and activities but very quiet and peaceful. The staff at the beach bar were really lovely and friendly, always smiling and the food and cocktails were wonderful - best pina colada I had in Vietnam!

Fantastic location on the beach, great staff, good food and cocktails. Peaceful, low density, boutique hotel. Roomy colonial style bungalows. Hotel grounds are well laid out, lots of space to relax on the beach. Anything we wanted - scooter hire, turtle sanctuary visit - they organised.

Location was great! Right in the centre of the town and walking distance to the beach. The owner was really helpful - I had left my laptop at the airport and was very stressed about getting it back, and she arranged cheap transport for me straight away so I could go back and get it. Also arranged for a shuttle to and from the airport.

Lovely hotel in Con Dao in a nice quite location just a 5 min drive from the town centre. The room was big, comfortable and nicely styled. We rented scooters from the hotel easily. The breakfast was simple but good.

We loved the location, on the edge of the rainforest, being able to watch the monkeys and being surrounded by lush vegetation. We preferred being out of town and in the tranquility and we rented a scooter which made it easy and fun to explore the island. The bungalow was perfectly simple, all we needed, the staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds and rooms were well-maintained. We loved it all round.

Had an amazing stay at Uyen’s House! The location is perfect, close to many restaurants/cafes and nice beaches. It’s also possible to rent motorbikes at her house to explore the island. The dorms are really comfortable with single beds instead of bunkbeds. Uyen is so very kind and helpful and makes you feel right at home. She took really good care of me when I felt a bit ill for a couple of days. She also has a beautiful garden with the cutest cats walking around. Would totally recommend staying here! Thanks for everything Uyen!❤️

We loved our stay at the Orson! The pool was exceptional, and the private beach was also lovely. The restaurant was great, the staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything, but the location is superb if you’re happy to rent a moped / take taxi’s into town / hang out by the pool all day! We rented mopeds from the hotel, it was very reasonably priced and great fun.

The location was fantastic, beautifully situated near the town, beautiful private beach and swimming pool, staff were fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile.Also the pickup and drop off at the port Nick was especially helpful and friendly and very informative as what to do and where to go.

The room was big and really clean (cleanest placed I've been in Vietnam). Also the decoration was really cute. I felt welcome and the lady gave me a lot of advices (location, food). She also helped be to get from the airport to the place and back. Got free bananas from the garden, yummy. It's a bit out of town, which was really nice. You can rent a scooter, which is needed and worth it on the island. Lovely stay, I loved it.
