The owner was very caring and helpful. She booked me a tour in the morning at very short notice, as mine didn't take place, the driver didn't show up... her laundry service was also cheap and great. In the morning I got a delicious, fresh breakfast for little money. In the evening she waited with me for my Grab Taxi. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, with a good hot shower. There are great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. She prepared a map with recommendations for places to eat and see. There is also a small shop right in the house. I would have loved to stay longer!

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. My room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, which I really enjoyed. Check-in was a little slow, but overall, the service was professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.

Excellent location in an authentic vietnam house and neighborhood close to the water. Excellent service from our host, Hung, met us at the gate, arranged bicycle rental for our stay, and recommended the restaurant. 7th heaven restaurant was superb, pizza cat's over the big bridge has Excellent pizza. Photos of house on Booking.com are real.

A luxury 5 star hotel at its best. Our room was great we had a whole window-wall with ocean view. The room was big, very clean and with great design especially the bathroom. Many soaps, towels, bathroabs. Amazing pool on the roof facing the ocean and also a very nice cafe and restaurant. The staff is very kind and helpful to all your needs at all times. I forgot my glasses on my last day in Vietnam and they have been extremely helpful and caring, to help me get them back searching for the best way possible for me. This stay was a great value for money. With a cheap grab you can get to the city or the airport very quickly. The beach is directly across the street and seemed nice as well however we couldn't visit because it was stormy the day we were there.

This Motel is amazing. It’s new, comfortable and clean. The location is very good if you travel by train, it’s only 2 minutes walking from the train station. The owner is very kind and helpful, we were able to check out before the midnight and she was always smiling and even spoke a little of our language.
