We arrived and were immediately welcomed and helped by the teams. We even asked to move rooms to a front view and they made it happen and pulled all sorts of strings to accommodate us. The food provided at breakfast was great. The views and the distance to the local shops and restaurants was also perfectly positioned. However the staff at the location was by far one of the biggest highlights. Great team!

This boutique Hotel was magical. From great staff into amazingly furnished and curated rooms. Everything was great. The location is great for visiting Muizenberg. And your half way from Cape town if you want to visit Boulders Beach or Cape of good hope. The property has beautiful artdeco elements with a modern twist. And candy bar for guest with a variety of homemade cookies got me :) great value for money I feel

Love this hotel. Really thoughtfully done with beautiful decor and space. Great location, and we loved Kalk bay in general so you can’t go wrong. His was a very restful stay at the end of a lovely holiday.

The hotel was amazing to stay in. The rooms feel like a homey getaway with view of the ocean. The amenities were spacious and stylish. The bed was super comfortable and there were little gimmicks such as a bell for cake service. The bistro is the perfect addition for a relaxed lunch or breakfast with view and sounds of the ocean. The location also served well for dipping into the sea and going out to Kalk Bay.

We had guest room 1 in ground floor - which was very nice and colonial. This absolutely fulfilled our expectations. Personel at site was also very kind and helpful at any time. Location is very safe and in short walking distance to very nice restaurants. Hotel location is just 50 meters to the beach - which is VERY clean - as goes for the whole area). Hotel's location on main road does mean lots of traffic ( and noice) - especially during the weekend - but it also contributes to the lively ambience.

Loved the location and the fact we could have a braai. There were sufficient crockery and cutlery. My daughters loved taking walks to the beach. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cape Town.

Location excellent. The verandah and garden seating were lovely as were the breakfasts. The service was somewhat slow but the food was good. The hotel had a sense of old world elegance which was quite nice.

Great location (and views), across from the beach and close to amenities. The decor was beautiful and tasteful and our room was large and comfortable. There was a strong focus on attention to detail. Staff were excellent-very friendly,attentive and customer centric. A special shout-out to Munya, Nono and Siya who were amazing and must us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. We also loved the staff uniforms/attire-really fit the theme of the hotel well!
