Room is comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center. Although you need to take a boat to get there, you can contact the staff and will pick you up quickly, not take more than five minutes to arrive.

Very good hotel. The room is big and very comfortable, with a great bed. Shower is very good as well, good power. The location is far from downtown (a good 20km) but we liked it that it's far from the traffic and noise of downtown, and if you have a car, it's easy enough to reach. Breakfast is ok (not great, in my opinion). Everything is very clean. Staff very helpful.

I’m convinced this is the best place to stay in Aswan. It might be a little bit hard to find in the island, but there were locals who kindly showed me the way upon my arrival. There’s a beautiful garden, the staff is friendly and the room is very nice. The breakfast they serve is superb and you can also buy water and soda’s for a good price instead of having to go to a shop. Extra points for having the goodest dog in Aswan.

The way Seba welcomed with a smile was the first thing that made me this hotel would be a best place to stay. Keep up the good work Seba I hope I got ur name right. Also the rest of the staff member were great too. Sulaiman also was a great person in the restaurant section. Will visit this place once I'm in Madinah.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and the location is great if you are planning to do thing in the Yas Island, such as going to Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Yas Marina and etc. But around 30 minutes far from the city center with a car, so only stay in this hotel if the Yas Islands was the bigger part of your planning, and that was our case. Great breakfast and the pool area is also very cool.

Great location for attending events at ADNEC, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. Lacks the charm and character it might have had ten years ago, limited amenities for families, not the best location for exploring Abu Dhabi outside of ADNEC. Overall, the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi seems like a good option for business travelers attending events at ADNEC, but it might not be the best choice for families or tourists looking to explore the city.

The place is a perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle of Aswan (and much needed). The pool is nice and the atmosphere is lovely. You can swim in the Nile too! The manager upgraded our room free of charge and provided takeaway breakfasts for us when we had to leave at 4am for a flight. Would 100% recommend if you have a few days and want to relax. Best place to stay in the area hands down.
