This hotel continues to impress me with its excellent service and facilities. One standout feature is the convenience of its massive 4-floor underground parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly efficient and eager to help with any request. Check-in took only two minutes, and we were quickly assisted with our luggage up to the room. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious at 52 square meters. It was a corner room with large windows offering a great view of the city. The room itself was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was friendly and consistently excellent. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. There was a wide range of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Joan (if I recall her name correctly), were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of the city. Directly across the road is a shopping mall that has everything from A to Z, including a supermarket. Next to the mall is a lively walking street filled with restaurants and bars, making it perfect for dining out and enjoying the local atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s SPA services, including a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The treatments were of a high standard, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making it a truly relaxing experience. Overall, Maritim Hotel Plaza is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service, modern amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Best Western Premier Ark Hotel is located in front of the Tirana Airport and provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. The hotel's restaurants Shija and Ark Gourmet serve Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Albanian specialities. Easy walk from the airport and to bus terminal to get into Tirana. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of amenities provided. Hotel restaurant and bar was great and very friendly staff members. Jonis was lovely!

Fantastic stay - honestly place looks way better than the pics! The hotel ended up giving us a big room (which i don't think is what we paid for, so that was lovely). Asked to leave our bags there after check out and they said: as long as you need! Asked if i could have some coffee and tea after we had already checked out, and they said: of course! And they wouldn't take any money for it. Super lovely breakfast as well and again, the rooms and staff was superb. Hotel is also about a 15 min walk to the center of Tirana.

The Carlsberg Restaurant serves Albanian and Italian specialties and features a rooftop terrace, while the wine bar offers a wide selection of local wines. Spa was terrific at the end of a long sightseeing day. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Elizabeta at the front desk and the other young lady were super.
