CanadaOur room was big, comfortable and clean! Everything about it was great! Breakfast had a nice variety. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious. We used the pool. Gym was decent. We would have used the sauna as well if we had more time.
Staff was very helpful. About 30min walk to the main square. Nice location as you can explore the surroundings in either direction.

The location and the complex are breathtakingly beautiful. The cabin had everything I needed. The owners were extremely accommodating and even gave me complimentary biscuits and milk when I mentioned that I didn't have transport and needed milk for my tea. The hostess was also very helpful and available for any queries. The view from the cabin's bedroom and patio was stunning.

Nice View on the lake. Good breakfast buffet. Small balcony, which is big enough to step out, but no seats available. Free parking direct in front of the hotel is available! Only a short walk from the city center / Mitre main road, Compared to other possibilities in Barlioche good value for money.

The location is perfect. It's very close to the city centre and the view from the room is exquisite. The room and bathroom are very clean. They are also a decent size. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy. But what really drew me to this hotel was the view! The view of the lake and the Andes is exquisite! Imagine waking up to that every morning! I am definitely staying here again!

This was a great stay. We had a block of rooms for a business trip (and had rented a coworkin space across the street. Very good, too). The managment was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly made an effort to satisfy our needs. The appartments are of great quality, the location is highly convenient three blocks above downtown.

Everything went great. Location is very nice with a lake view, although not on the lake, and just a few minutes away from downtown by car. The gardens around the hotel are very beautiful. The facilities are not new but are well maintained. Rooms were spacious and very clean with large comfy beds. Personnel was quite professional and friendly. Breakfast was quite ok.
Indoor heated pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day and gym was decently fitted for hotel gym standards. Overall a great 4-star hotel, well worth the stay.
