The apartment is extremely well located, in the Aldrans' village (6 minutes by bus from the Olympic center and 15 minutes by bus from the city center), 2 minutes walking from a supermarket and a bakery, and 20 minutes walking from the forest. It is cosy, confortable and quiet has an amazing view over the mountains (plus, it is located in a farm!). I would recommend it for sure, and would come back here if I wanted to visit Innsbruck again!

Modern,well kept property which was clean, comfortable and quiet. A short 8 minute walk to the penicular station for the Nordkette ascent. Easy check in/out process. Owner very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary welcome card was appreciated and give us a 20% discount for the journey up Nordkette. Will be returning in the spring.

Martin's apartment is located in a very special place: the smallest house of the smallest town in Austria. The whole town is a pedestrian zone and is very beautiful. It is only tens of meters from the nice Inn embankment. There is a castle on the hill directly above the house. The town has quite a bit of history to learn, even the neighboring house is proud of His Highness Erzherzog Ferdinand spending some time in it! Though the town is a pedestrian zone, you are entitled to drive beside your house to load/unload your possessions and to park for free at a nearby (again, just 50 meters away) parking zone, which is otherwise paid: Martin gives you a license which you keep under the windshield. The apartment is well furnished, equipped and maintained. It is visible that everything is taken care of and thought through. The host and his wife are the main reason you should come there. I think I've never met so cordial, calm ("no-fuss, no-haste") and positive host before. I highly recommend Martin's apartment and would gladly come stay there again!
