Located in Melbourne's CBD, on the corner of Flinders Lane and Spencer Street, this hotel offers a garden terrace and a fitness centre. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel. Children aged 17 years and below stay and eat for free at the property. I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. I arrived in Australia after a 29 hours flight and having lost my suitcase. The people at the reception checked me in upon my arrival (9am) and offered me breakfast. Comfortable room, impeccable cleaning, good breakfast options, nice food and cocktails at the bar. But the people of the hotel made my stay unforgettable, always ready to help with the smile:) Thank you!

The included buffet breakfast was superb!! We traveled with bikes, and concierge was able to store them in a room off the lobby, where the bikes were tagged and secure. The location was fabulous, along the riverbank of Melbourne with a great vibe, with lots of restaurants and shops and close to everything. We walked to a terrific footy game at the nearby stadium! The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate, quiet, spacious and comfortable.

The property was just like the photos, it had everything you need in a great location and the view is amazing! The room was ready for me earlier which was very handy too.
