The apartment (which was also upgraded without additional payment) is in the center of Borovets, in 100-200 meters from the slopes to slide (depending on how to walk). The location is excellent. The apartment is fully equipped, with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster (or two), TV, a perfect heating system, a bottle of wine on our table. The location is very convenient, and in the same building there are several shops, supermarkets, a stuff for ski, everything you need. However, the major advantage for those who consider this apartment is Diana who got us. To say, we had no any problems, is to say too little. She resolved for us everything: an extra-night prior to the back flight for reduced price, the taxi from airport and back, all the equipment needed for skiing, the instructor. Name it. It is worth to say that there are several restaurants which respected us as guests by Diana, and provide 10-20% discount. We got any information, including food, . breakfast, free time. We really appreciate her help . Thanks a lot. So, having tens of years of travelling to different countries, I would give Diana #1. And, by the way, after we ordered the apartment, we got a message from Diana, and had several conversations such that . she started to prepare us to this adventure, to be in the ski resort, in advance

Very nice and helpful staff really going above and beyond so you can have a good stay.

In 2022 the hotel underwent a full refurbishment of all its rooms and common areas. All rooms offer a flat screen TV, minibar, kettle, coffee machine, cosmetic amenities, free WIFI and a safe. We were in the villa. We loved the design, the colors, and the outdoor pool with fun background music.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Breakfast is awesome. WiFi connection was very good all the time. Perfect place for your stay to enjoy Borovets.

A great and very inviting area within the hotel is the tavern with its open fireplace, where you can taste dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisines. For your morning or afternoon tea or coffee there is a beautiful winter garden. The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Dinner were also very tasty, certainly nice to eat. They had a little toy area that my daughter enjoyed, and even let us borrow some sleighs so she could have fun in the snow.

Alpin Borovets, Алпин Боровец is a small luxury hotel, just 20 metres away from the pistes in the centre of Borovets, one of the most popular ski resorts in Bulgaria.

The hotel is quiet, cosy and peaceful, nevertheless nightlife is in full swing in the immediate vicinity. The resort's biggest entertainment facilities and bars are located within a diameter of 50 metres. After a day out on the slopes guests can relax in the steam room or in the hot tub, or indulge in a massage. Location is great, right next to two ski chair lifts. The room had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for us. In particular the bell boy went the extra mile to check we were happy. Breakfast was lovely too!
