The apartment is very clean and cosy, and then warm as well. It was a balcony and forest view. Parking for free in front (limited places), but enough. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Well equipped kitchenette.

The apartment (which was also upgraded without additional payment) is in the center of Borovets, in 100-200 meters from the slopes to slide (depending on how to walk). The location is excellent. The apartment is fully equipped, with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster (or two), TV, a perfect heating system, a bottle of wine on our table. The location is very convenient, and in the same building there are several shops, supermarkets, a stuff for ski, everything you need. However, the major advantage for those who consider this apartment is Diana who got us. To say, we had no any problems, is to say too little. She resolved for us everything: an extra-night prior to the back flight for reduced price, the taxi from airport and back, all the equipment needed for skiing, the instructor. Name it. It is worth to say that there are several restaurants which respected us as guests by Diana, and provide 10-20% discount. We got any information, including food, . breakfast, free time. We really appreciate her help . Thanks a lot. So, having tens of years of travelling to different countries, I would give Diana #1. And, by the way, after we ordered the apartment, we got a message from Diana, and had several conversations such that . she started to prepare us to this adventure, to be in the ski resort, in advance

Walking distance from the gondola, the building is on the main street, but very peaceful and surrounded by pine trees. Apartment was spacious and as in pictures, well equipped, clean. Beds could be more comfortable, too soft for us - but that's all down to personal preference anyways.

Situated right between the chair lift and the drag lifts, Ice Angels Hotel has a remarkable location. It offers rooms with fireplace, views on the slopes and free Wi-Fi.

Rooms at the Ice Angels Hotel are comfortable and spacious, with carpeted floors, seating area and a work desk. They are equipped with TV and telephone. Everything was great. They even checked us in very early. We were almost on our own in the hotel but they still maintained normal service.
