Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

Very friendly hosts that cared a lot about us - we even enjoyed a huge bowl of veggies from the garden and felt so welcomed and comfortable. The accommodation offered everything we needed, we had a lot of space, the location was nice and quiet - we had a wonderful time there. Housed in a building dating from 2007, this holiday home is 15 km from Victoria Harbour Ferry and 15 km from Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. Julia the host was very friendly, she even called and messaged us when she discovered a bag that we had left behind after checking out. Julia had thought of most things one could need. The accommodation consisted of bedroom, lounge/diner and bathroom. Everything was very clean, coffee/tea making facilities, cups etc in lounge. Large TV in lounge, large desk at end of bed. Bed lovely and comfortable. Welcome pastries and milk were found in the fridge. Welcome messages and card signed by all the family found in the lounge. Thank you Julia and family for making us feel most welcome.
