Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. Beautiful location overlooking Lake Thun. It’s probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited. It’s little less touristy than Grindlewald and as you peaceful as you can imagine. I loved my stay here. I had a car which I loved driving up and down the mountain- from and to Interlaken ( about 15-20 min drive). You also get covered parking which is a nice bonus and nearby (walking distance) you can get food and breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you’re looking to stay or visit Interlaken.

Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a river view. Such an amazing little spot to stay. The location was handy but still in the old town and a pretty spot to wander. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and coffee tea. Amazing coffee which is hard to find. The room was nice with an amazing view of the mountains.

The apartment is only 250 meters away from the nearest train station and other public transport. All good! Clean, space and comfortable room, quiet, with nice view. Good facilities. It’s about 5min by walk from the INTERLAKEN west station, and the apartment offers bikes to use for free thus it’s just 1-2min by cycling!

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Lala. Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

Location is beautiful with a river view at the back side of the apartment. I had an excellent experience with the host Ula. She is fluent in English. Her assistance was unparalleled , making our stay truly enjoyable.
