Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. The city center and the lake are connected by a direct line The history of the building is very interesting and you feel like a guest in someone's home rather than the generic experience of a hotel. Marc, the host is a wonderful gentleman and happy to talk about the history and loving restoration that he took on. The place is well equipped with a kettle for example in the room as well as in the shared kitchen. I liked the atmosphere at breakfast where we all sat round the dining table talking to each other- with four rooms only it makes for a nice, friendly experience. There is a nice cafe nearby as well as a supermarket. It is quite easy to get into the centre.
