Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.

Private parking as well as garage parking is available on site at an additional fee of CHF 18,00/day. The managing staff were so accommodating and helpful. They met us quite late, coming from the train and we're super friendly. Waking up to thebview of the mountains was magical. The apartment is so cosy and warm.

On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful staff and the overall atmosphere was warm & inviting, with the aroma of scented candles & soft lighting. The food was excellent too. On checking out we were given complimentary Nusstorte (nut cake) made in-house, which was a nice touch. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would highly recommend.
