Located in Fehraltorf in the Zurich Oberland region, Gasthof zum Hecht occupies a historic building renovated in 2013 to 2015. It includes a gourmet restaurant with a garden terrace and provides free WiFi access. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the train station where you can take a 30 minute train ride into downtown Zurich. The parking was free and checking in and out was smooth and easy to navigate. Our room was very clean and nice and we really enjoyed the property overall.

I liked the room, the position of the hotel in the city, the staff at the reception and the restaurant. Pretty good breakfast, clean room, heat, quiet. I would love to come back to this hotel.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was really close to the station. All of the staff was very friendly. Great place, I will book again if I ever return to Wetzikon
