Lago Condor (main hostel) has excellent and cosy decoration, super comfortable room, nice breakfast. Helpful and cheerful staff. Helped also with booking a horse riding trip and a day tour to Torres del Paine. Location really close to bus station (and therefore a bit further from the town centre).

The staff was very helpful and kind, and helped us with our 3 day itinerary in Puerto Natales. They recommended Gerardo, a local guide, to accompany us to visit the park and the experience was great. The hotel is small and cozy, and rooms have picture perfect views of the Dorotea mountain. Breakfast is great and the rooms are warm and comfortable. I would come back again.
