The wife spoke excellent English and was very helpful with booking tickets to the nearby attractions, and the husband carried our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and offered cold water from the lobby fridge every day. Our 2-bedroom room was very homely and spacious with a cooling aircon. When my son's mosquito bite became infected, the hostess gave us an antibacterial cream. The homey vibe of the inn and genuine friendliness from our hosts made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. They also had a very tamed bird which was nice to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

She was super nice and instantly made us feel at home. We will certainly miss her home cooked meals (huge portions that would fuel us for the day or embrace us after a long day in the foggy mountains). In the afternoon/evenings she would greet us with some freshly brewed tea, seasonal fruits and snacks. Additionally she very kindly made our visits to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountan super convenient by planning out everything for every possible scenario and prebooking our tickets and also preparing bottled water and rain coats for us. There is a washing machine, but our host offered to do the laundry for us. The rooms were very homey and clean and had everything you needed and even more.
