I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

Metro Station is a 2-minute walk away. My room got upgraded after I signed up as a member. Room is spacious on high floor. There is a sitting area which is relaxing. Location is good, accessible from Futian high speed train station and by subway line # 4 by Convention and Exhibition Centre. Lots of malls nearby with a lot of nice restaurants. There is a convenient store nearby too. All within walking distance.
