Just something to be aware of, since this isn’t spelled out on Booking. And also that the apt on the third floor; no problem but note that you will have to carry your suitcase up. Fans are available in the bedrooms and are necessary, since there is no AC.

I booked it the same day of the stay and I got a message from the owner that they'd had some plumbing issues. I haven't checked to see if Booking charged me and that's why it keeps asking me to review it, however. In any case, we stayed instead at the Casa Escobar hotel, and I loved it.
