It's the perfect place to stay, right in the beautiful city centre of Olomouc, offering spacious, comfortable, aesthetic rooms and very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. It exceeded my expectations for the moderate price, especially given that even the (decent) breakfast was included.

Location was good- it was located in city center. Parking was a bit hard to find, though a bit further away is bigger parking lot so it would not be a problem. Apartement is renovated, warm and quite cozy - in kitchen there is everything you need, and for my surprise there was a balcony.

New, clean, well equipped apartment. Great location, short walk from the city centre; 2 tram stops from main train station, close to a big shoping center. Very fast Wi-Fi. Nice balcony, comfortable bed.

Very good location of the apartment, about 20 minutes walking to the city centre. The self check-in and check-out are quite convenient. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped. Another advantage is the free parking.

Good location near the parks and close to the city centre. The apartment was well equipped including washing machine and we could hang our clothes on the outside balcony. It was very quiet there with the view of the courtyard. All necessary cooking facilities were supplied.

The place may not be very glamorous, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. It is quiet and clean, so considering the price it's a solid option, as long as you're not expecting a five-star venue for a luxurious vacation. The location in the city center is convenient, and the reception lady is super nice!

Very nice apartament in a new building - well equipped, comfortable and clean. Having a dedicated underground parking place. Nice, new playground just next to the building. Excellent location, close to the historical city center. And a big supermarket nearby. So this was a perfect place for our city break in the beautiful city of Olomouc! :)

Surprising location but a place to stay for the night. Very nice and big room. Welcome glass of wine. Restaurant discount coupon. Access to a huge fitness center/gym. Tasty breakfast. I definitely recommend it.
