Each of the rooms at Hotel Via Regia - VIAs-Hotels comes equipped with a seating area and a private bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.

A breakfast buffet is served every morning at Pension Dresdener Panorama. Very clean and organized place. Everyday housekeeping was perfect! Clear instructions for self check-in. A kettle and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. There is a direct bus from/to the central train station. There is also a big supermarket only 5 minutes down the street.

We had a corner room with great views over the square. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast provided with a delivery of fresh bread at 7am in the morning to compliment the food in the refrigerator. The terrace was a true Heaven — perfect for enjoying morning or evening coffee while listening to the chimes of nearby church bells. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of Dresden’s Old Town, on beautiful Neumarkt square. It allowed us to explore all the main sights on foot, with everything just steps away. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Udo. To say he is a true professional would be an understatement. His warm conversations, helpful advice, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret choosing it!

When I arrived, and I realize my room faced the square I asked for a different room and they gave me a quieter room.
