We booked two rooms which were very spacious and comfortable. The resort facilities provide opportunities for various activities, are well equipped and run. The gym is great. There are several large pools and they were never crowded. The beach is very beautiful. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel who made this stay so enjoyable and pleasant. Overall - a great experience.

Located steps away from the beach of Punta Popy and in a 5-min walk from Pueblo de los Pescadores, Aligio Apart-hotel & Spa offers two pools, on-site restaurant and a brand new Beauty & Spa salon. All apartments feature WiFi, AC, cable TV and full kitchen. Location , property is well taken care of. Staff are nice and accommodating.

It was beautiful space with the courtyard overlooking the pool. Gabie was a wonderful host and helped us each day by going above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing! Will definitely be back when in Las Terrenas!

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Fata Morgana is a haven of peace. Everything about the gardens, the communal kitchen and my room showed pride of ownership. Edit met me with a smile. She answered my many questions with great patience. If you get a chance go hiking with her. She is a certified tour guide and you couldn't be in more capable hands. I spent three weeks at Fata Morgana. I felt I was part of an extended family. Edit has a heart of gold and rescues animals who need a loving home. The dogs and two donkeys are testimonial to how caring Edit is. There are many beaches close by; all of them lined by palm trees. Gorgeous turquoise ocean too. The scenario looks straight out of a travel brochure. If you don't care to walk you can flag down one of the many "conchos" (motorcycle taxis) who will whisk you for CAD$3 either into town or to the beach. My two favourite beaches where Playa Bonita and Playa Popi Punta (lovely drift wood at the point). Lots of grocery stores in town where you can get everything your heart desires. Make sure you visit the gelato place with its many tropical flavours. A really yummy treat. If you are thinking about booking this place don't hesitate. You will be rewarded by a clean room, comfy bed, hammock swinging at your front porch. There was also a perfect space in the common sitting area to unroll my yoga mat. During my daily practice I noticed many tropical birds and butterflies. Fata Morgana is a magical place. I hope I will be back there real soon.

The house itself is utterly charming, featuring French-style apartments with magical views and terraces thoughtfully designed for relaxation, enjoyment, and creating unforgettable memories. The host is exceptional, clearly passionate about their work, which adds to the overall delightful experience. The beach and the people are equally wonderful, making this our favorite place of all time. We eagerly look forward to returning. ☺️

Located on the beachfront in Las Galeras, Hotel Villa Serena offers lush gardens and an outdoor pool. The spacious rooms feature a balcony or terrace with a hammock, chaise lounge or rocking chair and sea views The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant even with our lack of Spanish. Gustavo and the bar/food staff were a pleasure to see every day while enjoying an amazing location on the water. Thank you!
