The beds were comfortable, there was always hot water, and the air conditioning worked well. Very good location, you can walk anywhere pretty quickly. Mercedes was helpful and always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. There is also a kitchen in room. We had a great time and had a great rest after an active day! I would recommend staying here!

Although the accommodation is located at the edge of the city, it took less than 20 minutes to get to the other side, so it wasn’t an issue at all. In fact, the location made it quiet and cozy.

Jackson and her wife made me feel like home, they are very kind, friendly and they were always willing to help us. Good breakfast everyday, they rent bikes for good price and also can offer tours. Walking distance to center was 10 min. I enjoyed my staying with them.

At the hostel, the rooms include a desk. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms will provide you with a terrace and others also have city views. We loved to stay here, it was a very nice place, comfortable room, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, very close to the center but far enough to feel peace and quiet. The staff was the best! They were kind, respectful and very helpful with all the needs we had. We will return for sure!

La Mirada del Solitario George is located in Puerto Ayora, just 4 minutes’ drive from Charles Darwin Station and next to Cazares School. Free WiFi zones are available in some areas of the hostel and tea, coffee and water is available for guests. The host basically arranged everything for us! The room was spacious, big bed, warm shower. Nice kitchen with free filtered water and a fridge that we could use.
