Super kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. I stayed in one of the suites and the suites are beautiful, large and have all the amenities you could ask for. Favorite place i have stayed in Ecuador. I will return.

Some units include a terrace and/or a patio with mountain or garden views. At the bed and breakfast, all units have bed linen and towels. Everything was PERFECT! The location is ideal, as Baños is a party city and gets real loud. We were able to sleep soundly while being only a 10 minute walk from literally everything. The showers are super hot, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great. The real star of the show though, is Joanna. She was incredibly attentive, wanted us to have the best possible time while visiting, and was so so kind. She helped us check in early since we had an overnight bus, and was always available if we needed anything. She is the reason I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone.
