Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. We have been to the Red Sea area at least 15 times prior, and this was no doubt the best hotel we have stayed in! All the staff was super friendly, great food with a lot of variety, pools were well maintained and long opening hours of the aqua park. The kids also really enjoyed the luna park attractions. The beach was clean and there is a nice house reef for snorkling.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. It was very nice with so many pools and private beach. The meal was so nice and delicious, And everyone was very kind and nice to us, If I have time later, I would like to come again.

This 5-star resort is located in the heart of Hurghada and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. Here are some of the things we appreciated the most: - the service is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, may it be in the restaurants, bars, at the pools / beach. - The various water worlds: we particularly enjoy the quietness of the quiet pool, it is very relaxing, despite the construction area beneath which we hardly notice; the water slides are great fun; the Olympic pool is a delight for swimmers.  - Food / beverage offer: great.  - Each bar has its own charm, especially at night with the beautiful lightnings. Sunset from the Bella Vista is gorgeous. - The room is spacious and comfortable.  I’m sure I’m forgetting to mention something noteworthy, but all in all we are very satisfied.  Even if the occupancy was high, nowhere was overcrowded, even in the Palm the crew makes it possible to get a table in the shortest of times.  So a big thumbs up and thank you to the whole team!

Offering a private beach and a kite-surfing school, this resort provides air-conditioned rooms. Its landscaped pool area includes a children’s pool and a heated pool with water slides. Everything is very, very good. I really enjoyed my holiday.

Mohammed Abdelghani truly anticipated our every need. He is a very hardworking and attentive man. I hope he becomes the hotel manager someday. He knows what guests need.
