She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!

I had a lot of fun. The food, supeeeer clean m, the restaurants, the service and everything. I travel solo and I had so much fun here, I had tried different hotels in my stay in Hurghada and this was my favorite. I want to said thank you so much to Amr and the manager Sameh that makes me feel like home. If im back to Hurghada for sure I will back to this hotel and stay longer. Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. The staff was super friendly, polite and accommodating, sadly we only had one night… but they made sure to make it a memorable one. We had sun beds reserved for us on the beach, dinners sorted out at their beautiful and delicious restaurants, and the room was perfect to wind down in! Couldn’t ask for a more pleasurable and relaxing stay which is just what we wanted!

Hotel offer Modern gym equipped with cardio vascular equipment. Hotel offer 6 restaurants including Oriental & Asian Cuisines It was very beautiful and we were well taken care of by the staff, there is a lot of activites and resturants

Featuring a private beach in Hurghada, this all-inclusive hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the landscaped pool area or Red Sea. It offers a restaurant, health club, and games room. It was the second time we spent a wonderful week in Jaz Casa del Mar Beach and like in March this year we were overwhelmed by the wonderful estate, the nice sunbeds, the infinity pool and the very tasty, fresh and also healthy food. But what makes the hotel different from many others is the nice and attentive staff who anticipate your every wish. We would like to mention Ibrahim who is the Manager for Food and Beverages, Sameh from the house-keeping and Mohamed Said and Nancy from the reception. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back in 2025!

The spacious rooms at Grand waterworld Makadi feature wooden furniture and a balcony overlooking the hotel’s garden. Satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer are also featured in each room. Excelent resort No doubt it was the best decision, surley would come back again and recommend it to others. Outstanding hospitality and service specialy Miss Ereen and Miss Dalia helped us a lot throughout our stay plus they were very friendly and explained everything about the resort. The food was amazing three buffet restraunts and 5 reservations We tried Kebab and Mexican as Miss Ereen suggested Kebab turned out to be exeptianal. Plus, We tried Fino for breakfast, which had a sea view breakfast experience. The beach was calm with crystal clear water and corals for a good snorkeling experience along with the aqua park rides, which had rides for both adults and kids. I must say the rooms are very spacious with proper amenities for a comfortable stay. Again, a special thanks to the hotel management (Miss Ereen & Dalia), and i have to mention Mr Ahmed from the front desk, who was also very cooperative Many thanks for the management for making the efforts that we had such a wonderful and memorable experience. Hope to see you'll soon
